Updated on May 11, 2017 — Bracey Jashawn Perry was formally arraigned on a first degree murder charge on Thursday afternoon.
Perry was denied bond and given a May 25 court date.
Perry, along with Dewayne Smith, 37, Derrick Smith, 25, and Frederic Veasley Jr., 29, are accused of killing 24-year-old Joey Angelo in the early morning hours of April 5 in Guthrie.

Guthrie News Page has learned the fourth suspect in the brutal murder in Guthrie has been arrested.
Bracey Jashawn Perry was arrested in Oklahoma County on Friday afternoon.
An arrest warrant was filed on Tuesday in the murder suspect of 24-year-old Joey Angelo, who was shot 36 times on Guthrie’s east side on April 5.
Perry is the fourth person to be taken into custody.
Authorities arrested Reggie Dewayne Smith, 37, his cousin Derrick Smith, 25, and with Frederic Veasley Jr., 29. All three have been charged with first degree murder and are being held without bond in the Logan County Jail.
