Guthrie High School is preparing for the annual homecoming celebration as alumni return home for the state’s largest homecoming celebration.
The official Homecoming date is Friday, October 8.
The Alumni Assembly will begin at 9 a.m. inside the high school gymnasium. The Royalty Assembly is expected to take place sometime after the alumni assembly.
The annual parade will be at 3 p.m. The parade entry form can be picked up at the high school’s main office, or click here. The form and payment are due Oct. 1.
The GHS Hall of Fame reception will take place at 4 p.m. inside the Oklahoma Territorial Sports Museum.
The homecoming game with the Woodward Boomers begins at 7 p.m. inside Jelsma Stadium.
