OWENS, DEANDRE B/M DOB 02/02/1992 OF GUTHRIE WAS ARRESTED FOR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE, RESISTING ARREST AND ATTEMPTING TO FLEE CUSTODY.
