R/P stated two abandoned vehicles were in front of her residence. One was stolen, reporting agency contacted. Vehicle was impounded.

Brumley, Terry Lee Jr w/m 10/5/1989 of Guthrie was arrested for Public Intox., Petit Larceny, and Possession of CDS. Brumley was transported to Guthrie Police Dept and booked in on State Charges. Then Transported to LCSO

Scott, Justin Taylor w/m 12/13/1989 of Guthrie was arrested for Domestic Abuse. Scott was transported to the Guthrie Police Dept. and booked in on State Charges and transported to LCSO.
