Every year the Guthrie YMCA recognizes an outstanding volunteer for his or her generosity of spirit, hard work and compassion for others. This year the Volunteer of the Year Award was presented to Cort Robbins.
Cort Robbins (middle) were joined by his parents as he was named as the YMCA’s Volunteer of the Year.
Robbins has been a volunteer tutor for the YMCA’s tutoring program for the past three years. Not only does Robbins volunteer his time to tutoring, but also helps with our the Y’s annual triathlon and other special events the Y holds.
Cort is also very active in his youth ministries at the Bible Baptist Church.
He was given the honor at the annual YMCA meeting in Oklahoma City.
Cort is the son of Seth and Melynn Robbins.
