Image hoping to lead to identity of a homicide victim

The Logan County Sheriff’s Office and the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation working with a forensic anthropologist have made some headway in the description of the homicide victim from Jan. 31. These studies have changed the description.

John DoeAn unidentified male was found off of Hiwassee Road, near Langston, in Logan County.  He is approximately 25-40 years old, of unknown ancestry, who was approximately 5’8″ and 170 pounds.

Identified tattoos are “The Seal of the Cherokee Nation” on the right upper chest and an unknown tattoo on the right upper arm.
