“We are very pleased to have Jessica Eaves on the United Way of Logan County Team,” remarked Steve Gentling, President and Chairman of the Board.

Jessica Eaves“She is a font of energy, has an exceptional skill set and has a great knowledge of the organizational dynamics so critical in a volunteer driven nonprofit organization like the United Way.”

Jessica, who was born and raised in Guthrie, Oklahoma, noted in a recent interview that she has been a consistent contributor to the United Way since her teenage years and has always considered the United Way as a leader in making a difference in communities throughout the nation.

She noted, “I am so blessed to be able to be a part of the United Way Team and to contribute my talents to such a fantastic cause. Being engaged in community and county activities my whole life, I feel a passion for making our communities better. I feel a passion for helping the citizens of Logan County who are in need.  I am honored to be a part of an organization that has a mission and a commitment to making good things happen.”

When asked how she would measure her success as the Coordinator, she remarked, “I have three targets:  raise the awareness of how the United Way works and how the community investment process protects the integrity of every dollar contributed,  enhance the public’s knowledge and interest in the 10 partner agencies which provided services to one out of every three residents of Logan County last year and of course make our campaign’s financial goal. If I help meet these targets, then I would consider my first year as Coordinator a significant success.”

Jessica is married to Jason Eaves and they have four children.
