A long-established Guthrie company has been acquired by a Texas-based environmental services group.
Enviracore Services, headquartered in Dallas, announced the acquisition of Environmental Management, LLC (EMI), a Guthrie-based company specializing in environmental services and hazardous waste management. EMI, founded in 1983, has built a national reputation for environmental remediation, industrial cleaning, hazardous materials handling, and emergency response services.
The acquisition expands Enviracore’s presence in Oklahoma while strengthening its nationwide operations and service offerings. Company officials say the move will enhance capabilities in regulated waste services, safety consulting, and emergency response.
Enviracore CEO Tommy Crenshaw said the addition of EMI will help drive growth and improve service for customers across multiple industries. EMI will continue operating under its established brand as part of the Enviracore network.
