A 2.6 magnitude earthquake struck at approximately at 9:25 p.m. Its epicenter was located north of Prairie Grove Road and east of Midwest Blvd, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
It was 4.2 miles deep.
The epicenter was just north of Darling Lane and two miles east of the Guthrie Edmond Regional Airport.
No damages or injuries associated with the earthquake were immediately reported.
