Long earthquake rolls for several seconds in Guthrie

Long lasting earthquake rolled through the Guthrie area just after 7 a.m.

A 5.6 magnitude earthquake struck at approximately at 7:02 a.m. Its epicenter was near Pawnee, Oklahoma, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

For many, it felt as if it was never going to stop shaking.

The quake was felt in several states and as far as Omaha, Nebraska.

It was 4.1 miles deep.

No immediate damages or injuries associated with the earthquake have been reported.

    Everyone needs to report what they felt to the USGS. They need this data to accurately classify the quake.
