Community Action and the Tipsy Artist are teaming up for a fundraiser to help low income families and individuals with their utility bills.
The event goes down on Jan. 16 at 6:30 p.m. at the Tipsy Artist Paint Palace located at 124 W. Oklahoma Ave. The upgrade cost is $40 with proceeds staying in Logan County with the Central OK Community Action Fundraiser.
