Pending weather moves Guthrie Schools to distance learning on Wednesday

Guthrie Public Schools will move to distance learning on Wednesday, February 2 due to pending winter weather.

All school buildings will be closed as students and staff will transition to distance learning and work remotely.

Due to the expected hazardous travel conditions, grab and go meals will not be provided.

Forecasts are calling for a winter mix with sleet and snow beginning in the early morning hours but ramping up late Wednesday morning and into the early afternoon.
