A Guthrie pharmacy had to pick up the pieces of shattered glass early Thursday morning after a window was found shattered by the Guthrie Police Department.
Officers responded to Cornwell Pharmacy, at the intersection of Noble Ave. and Division St., just before 1:30 a.m. to find the broken window just south of the drive-up window on the east side of the store.
After a search of the building, officers were unable to find anyone inside the store.
As of Thursday afternoon, police officials are unsure how the subject(s) broke the window to gain access, but says prescription drugs were taken from the store. Its unknown which type or the value of the missing drugs.
Police continue to work their leads in the case. If you have any information you’re encouraged to call the Guthrie Police Department at 405-282-3535.
