Students in the Guthrie school district will soon be walking the hallways with the first day of school set for Thursday, Aug. 20. Guthrie News Page is sharing the important dates leading up to the first day along with the school supply lists for elementary students.

Dates to Remember:
August 5-11: Elementary enrollment (two proofs of residency)
August 10-11: High School (see below) and Junior High enrollment
August 10-12: Schedule pick up for grades 10-12 at the High School
August 18: Elementary Meet the Teacher from noon to 7 p.m. at the elementary schools. Teacher assignments will be announced
August 17: Freshman Orientation at the High School at 6:30
August 20: First Day of School
High School Enrollment
Enrollment for grades 9-12 will be August 10,11 and 12 from 8 – 3 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. In addition, they will remain open from 4 – 7 p.m. on Tuesday, August 11 to accommodate working parents. Finally, freshman will not receive their schedules until Monday, August 17 at orientation night. Freshman Orientation will be held from 6:15 – 8:45 at the high school for students only.
