There were sisters Tiffany Ingram and Kelly Hirzel saying hi from the streets of New York City on the national morning show.
“We are excited to be here,” Ingram told weather reporter Ginger Zee.
The day was even more special for Hirzel as she celebrated her birthday.
The broadcast made a smooth transition about the early morning rain in Guthrie to the national forecast.
The sisters were spotted several times in the background holding up a sign shaped as the state of Oklahoma with “Oklahoma girls (heart) NYC.
It may have been a small speaking part, but the sisters made Guthrie proud all the way from the Big Apple.
