Suspect breaks in and steals from local business; video captures it all

Updated on May 22, 2018 — The suspect wanted in a Guthrie theft has also been linked to several other break ins throughout the state. Now, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations is on the case.

The suspect is now the question of burglaries in Blackwell, Wetumka, Okemah, and Calvin, OK as well as in Sherman, TX. The OSBI asked if you have information, please call their tipline at 1-800-522-8017.

The Guthrie Police Department is looking for assistance from the public to help identify a suspect who broke into a business early Tuesday morning.

Police say the suspect entered the building and took money from the cash register.

Police officials are not saying how much was taken, or the identity of the business.

The business video security system captured the suspects face, tattoo and vehicle.

The suspect has a tattoo on the back of his neck and was seen leaving in a Ford Crown Victoria.
