Territorial Riders holding poker run to benefit families

One of the most giving community groups in Guthrie, the Territorial Riders are preparing for their 14th annual Thanksgiving Poker Run on Saturday. The event helps benefit local families.

Lorry Anderson says registration will begin at 11 a.m. and all bikes will be out at noon with their poker cards turned in by 4 p.m. You can enter by registering at 1101 E. Oklahoma (behind the Masonic Temple).

The cost is $20 per rider or $25 per couple.

The motorcycle group donates money not only for families during the holidays, but to the Special Jays. In addition, the group gives the Special Jays an escort out-of-town each year when they compete in the Special Olympics in Stillwater.
