Updated on Sept. 29 at 5 p.m. — Tommy Tucker was formally arraigned in front of a Logan County judge on Thursday for first degree burglary and aggravated assault and battery.
The Logan County District Attorney’s Office was seeking no bond be made available. However, the judge allowed a $500,000 bond.
In addition, another charge of grand larceny (over $500) was filed on Thursday. Bond for that charge was set at $10,000. A probable cause was not immediately available on the new charge.
The total bond for Tucker now sits at $527,000 for all pending charges against him.
He’s expected back in the courtroom on Oct. 27 at 9 a.m.

After more than a week on the run, a suspect was taken into custody for the beating of a Guthrie man that nearly killed him.

Guthrie News Page spotted Tucker being transported into the Logan County Jail by a Logan County deputy just after 4:30 p.m.

Tucker was taken into custody during a traffic stop in Oklahoma County at the intersection of Coltrane and Sorghum Mill. Tucker attempted to lie about his name to authorities. Patricia Eaton was arrested for meth and taken to the Oklahoma County Jail. A second female, the driver, was released.
According to the Oklahoma County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy pulled over a driver with two passengers near for failing to use a turn signal. During the stop the deputy noticed the passenger was not wearing a seat belt and so the deputy was going to issue him a citation. The passenger said he did not have any identification and gave the deputy a fake name.
After determining the name was fake, the deputy discovered a casino card on the passenger with the name of Tommy Tucker.
Taylor remains in a Oklahoma City hospital with a head injury after an altercation on Sept. 18 on Ray Place. He was placed in a medical induced coma at OU Medical Center, but is now alert. However, he has not regained his full memory.
