Guthrie Public Schools recognized their latest support and certified employees of the month with recognition at the Board of Education meeting on Monday evening.
Linda Skinner was named the November Support Employee of the Month while Ryan Wiss was named the Certified Employee of the Month.
To go along with a plaque for their achievement, Integrity Heat and Air provided a $10 gift card to Hoboken Coffee Roasters, $25 gift card to Wal Mart and a $25 to Missy’s Donut and Bakery. The Lions Club donated a $25 gift card to Sonic.
Transportation Secretary Susan Birdwll nominated and presented Skinner, who is the maintenance secretary for the school district.
Guthrie Upper Elementary School (GUES) Asst. Principal Jeff Ball nominated Wiss, who serves as a fifth grade teacher at GUES. Due to a family emergency, Wiss was unable to attend the meeting and will be recognize at next month’s school board meeting.
