The Guthrie Bluejay baseball team returns home for a key district game with the Piedmont Wildcats on Monday. The Jays and ‘Cats are set for a 5 p.m. first pitch with the Dugout Show set to begin at 4:45 p.m. with Chris Evans.
The Jays have won four straight and enter with a 5-2 record. Piedmont, who played in the 5A state title game a year ago, will enter with a 5-5 record. The ‘Cats have lost four of their last five games, including three in a row last week in a tournament in Florida during Spring Break.
