Tracy Williams, along with two incumbents, were recently sworn into office for the Guthrie City Council.
Joining Williams was council members Jeff Taylor and Jim Case.
Mayor Steve Gentling was not present for the meeting and is expected to be sworn in at the next meeting.
Taylor, Case and Gentling did not draw an opponent.

Municipal Judge David Hood swore each member in.
Each council member servers a four-year term.
