With a wind chill of 21 degrees, citizens and almost 50 parade entries honored and celebrated Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
The parade is an annual tradition and serving as the Grand Marshal was Guthrie Police Officer Jonathan “JW” Williams.
