A motorist was expecting to go backwards, but instead accelerated forward into a downtown building on Wednesday morning.
The vehicle accelerated over a curb and into Mark’s Drug located at 112 W. Oklahoma.
The front door took the brunt of the impact leaving the door and door frame dented and broken glass everywhere. A crack was visible on the rock façade just below the front store windows.
Somehow the larger windows to each side of the door did not receive any damage.
There were no injuries reported at the scene.
