Hannah Ross, Cooper Watts named students of the month by Lions Club

The students of the months are pictured with Lion President James Bennett and GHS Counselor Annie Chadd.

The Guthrie Noon Lions Club October students of the month are Guthrie High School Seniors Hannah Ross and Cooper Watts. 

Hannah is the daughter of Jackie and Jim Ross. She is in National Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, Student Council and Spanish Club. 

She is also a member of the Order of Rainbow for girls and will serve as Grand Worthy Advisor for the State of Oklahoma in 2021, an outstanding honor.  Her other awards, include the Superintendent’s Honor Roll and Albert Pike Academic Achievement Award. 

She plans to attend UCO with a major in biology and then pursue med school.

Cooper is the son of Lori and Chancey Watts.  He is active in FFA and Mu Alpha Theta. 

Cooper’s awards, include the Superintendent’s Honor Roll and Albert Pike Academic Achievement Award. 

He plans to attend the University of Arkansas, pursuing a degree in civil engineering.

Congratulations to these two outstanding GHS students.
