The Guthrie Edmond Regional Airport is preparing for the 9th Annual Community Day and Fly-In on September 18.
The free event, including parking, will run from 9 -2 p.m.
The EAA Young Eagles Program is scheduled to fly children, 8-17 years, for free of charge. Registration is set for 9 a.m. to noon.
In addition, there will be aircraft displays that will include the WWII A-26 Invader and various other beautiful aircraft, kids activities with Sooner Flight Academy and a classic car show.
Food and drinks will be available for purchase from Biggsy’s BBQ Shack and Okie Treats-n-Eats.
