The Logan County Sheriff’s Office have arrested two people from Edmond following an armed robbery. Along with injuries, the victim’s car was taken.
On Tuesday, an armed robbery was reported to the sheriff’s office as a female was physically assaulted leaving injuries to her face. Following the assault, her 2006 Chevrolet Impala was taken during the robbery.
The course of the investigation led detectives in serving a search warrant on a home at 1305 Post Oak Lane in Edmond. During their search, the victim’s vehicle was located, along with a stolen Kawasaki motorcycle from Union City, Okla. and a pair of stolen tires from Shawnee.
The victim’s vehicle was recovered at a truck stop at NE 122 and I-35.
Stephanie Nichole Meadows, 27, and Dustin Lee Meadows, 29, are accused of the crimes.
Dustin Meadows was arrested on conjoint robbery, aggravated assault and battery and possession of stolen property.
Stephanie Meadows was booked on carrying a firearm after conviction during probation, possession of stolen property, conjoint robbery and aggravated assault and battery.
