Bike MS: The Road Divided to make pit stop in Guthrie

Guthrie will be a pit stop for several bicyclists who will be traveling from Norman to Stillwater on Sept. 26 and 27. The event will help raise funds for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Bike MS: The Road Divided is a two-day fundraising cycling event that takes riders on a journey from Norman to Stillwater. Each day the bicyclists will take off at 8 a.m.

Bike MS: The Road Divided begins Saturday morning in Norman. Cyclists will travel north through Central Oklahoma and finish Day 1 for an overnight stay in Guthrie. On Day 2, the journey continues from Guthrie to the Bike MS: The Road Divided Finish Line in Stillwater.

Cyclists will emerge into Highland Park as common ground to rest, relax and cool off.

Participants will experience routes with fully-stocked rest stops every 10-12 miles, a great lunch stop each day and support provided by volunteer nurses, HAM radio operators and law enforcement.

2015 marks the 30th anniversary of celebrating Bike MS in Oklahoma.
