ShowMeMizzou spoke with 2011 LB prospect Kentrell Brothers 6’1″ 215 Guthrie (OK) about how his recruitment’s been going, and where Missouri stands with him.
Brothers has recently taken official visits to Arizona State and Washington, and said that he was impressed with both places. He’s planning to visit Missouri for the Colorado game, and wants to visit some of the other schools on his list, as well.
That list includes Kansas State, Iowa State, Tulsa, and Vanderbilt, among others. Brothers said that he’s been hearing from all of those schools regularly, including Missouri, and that he doesn’t have a current leader.
“All of the schools who have offered me are pretty much even,” said Brothers.
He went on to say that he doesn’t really have a time-table for making a decision, but that he would like to try to narrow things down a little before too long.
Brother’s high school team is 3-1, with their only loss coming at the hands of a school from a higher (6A) classification. Kentrell informed ShowMeMizzou that he has 8 QB sacks so far this season, and that he’s playing WR on offense, as well as OLB.
ShowMeMizzou will continue to follow Kentrell Brother’s recruitment.
