County election activity officially begins at 8 a.m. Wednesday, April 3, when the candidate filing period opens.
Candidates for county offices file with the Logan County Election Board.
Offices up for election this cycle are County Clerk, County Court Clerk, County Sheriff, and County Commissioner District No. 2. All four offices are four-year terms.
Filing forms and information for county offices may be obtained by contacting the Logan County Election Board at (405) 282-1900 or logancounty@elections.ok.gov.
The Logan County Election Board is located at 224 E. Vilas Ave., Guthrie, OK 73044 and is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
The filing period closes at 5 p.m. Friday, April 5.
