Guthrie Police and Fire were called out to a one car incident late Tuesday morning when a car flipped onto its top with a female driver and infant inside.
The vehicle appeared to be heading east bound when the driver drove up on the corner of 17th and Noble, hit a tree and landed in the east bound lane on its top.
The driver was transported to Logan Medical Center with a possible broken foot. The infant was not injured.
“She (infant) was properly secured in her car seat and prevented any injuries,” Guthrie Fire Chief Eric Harlow said.
