Our second First Capital Triathlon went off very well this year. Two hundred twenty participants and lots of fans descended upon Guthrie Lake very early Saturday morning. This year we allowed relay teams to participate, which meant if you were good at one event and had friends that were good at the other two events you could all three participate under one entity.
