Chamber postponing Coffee this week due to COVID-19 concerns

The Greater Chamber of Commerce is holding back on Chamber Coffee this week due to the recent health-related concerns surrounding COVID-19.

The Chamber says they are taking steps to reduce the opportunities for the spread of germs.

“We will decide on our future events on a case-by-case basis,” CEO Tracy Zserdin said in a social media post.

Zserdin added the Chamber’s staff will begin working remotely and if there are any questions citizens can reach them by visiting the website, email or by phone.

“Thank you for respecting our efforts to keep everyone safe and healthy. Our team will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as needed,” Zserdin said.

“As a valuable member of our community, we ask that you join our efforts to keep our workforce healthy, support our local businesses whenever possible, and work with our respected public health officials in the coming days and weeks.”
