Mark your calendars. The annual Trash Off days has been set for April and is a great time for some spring cleaning.
The trash-off events gives Guthrie residents with a current utility account a chance to dispose of certain waste items at the Convenience Center (city dump) for free. This year’s trash-off will be April 7 and 8, rain or shine.
The Convenience Center, located at 1506 N. Academy Road, will be on 9 a.m. to noon and 1 – 4:45 p.m. on April 7 and 8 – 4:45 p.m. on April 8.
EMI will be participating in the event again this year and will be accepting special waste items on Saturday April 8.
