One person has been taken into custody after they took Logan County deputies on a car chase.
Just before 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, a white, 2-door sports car sped off from deputies on Sooner Road.
The driver identified as Ronald Calvin Fite, 55 of Guthrie, reached speeds of 100 mph as he led deputies east on Seward Road.
Once on Seward Road, Fite lost control of the vehicle on a curve near Pine and Midwest Boulevard. He was not injured.
Fite is now facing three charges, including driving under the influence, endangering others while elluding police officer and reckless driving.
