The filing period for the Fair Board election has closed and two elections will be held in February.
Willie Adams was the lone candidate to file in District 1 and an election for this seat.
For District 2, Ira Barrow and Jody Stout filed as candidates. In District 3, Roland Taylor and Cody Lesher filed their paperwork.
The District 2 election will be held from 7 – 4 p.m. at 1550 N. Midwest Blvd., which is the District 2 barn.
The District 3 election will be at the same time at the Courthouse Annex, located north of the county courthouse, at 312 E. Harrison Ave.
The election will be held on February 9, 2024.
Voters must be registered and residents of the Commissioner’s District to vote in this election.
