A year of bragging rights will be on the line when pit masters fire up their smokers for the annual Logan County Bar-B-Q Contest.
The BBQ contest will take place at noon on Friday, Oct. 22 at the Logan County Employee Appreciation Dinner inside the Logan County Fairgrounds.
The rules are simple. You must be an amateur pit master, your ribs must be mouth-watering delicious and must be turned in by noon.
A hungry panel of three judges will taste the proteins and pick a winner.
There is no charge to enter the contest. All participants must be signed up by Thursday, Oct. 21.
