Four suspects being sought in fraudulent checks case

Investigators are seeking to find four suspects in their possible role of fraudulent checks being cashed from a bank in Logan County.

Jason Cole Haywood, 41, Darrel Wayne Davis, 34, Charles Richard Wertz, 30, and Brian Dean Goforth, 33, are wanted for questioning in reference to fraudulent checks being cashed at F&M Bank located at Waterloo Road and Broadway.

Detectives say this was only one of a few banks in the metropolitan area that were targeted by the individuals.

The subjects used Oklahoma State id’s to cash the checks.  The checks were duplicated from a Piedmont Subway payroll checks.
