Guthrie Public Schools recognized their January Support and Certified Employees of the Month.
The Support Employee of the Month was the GPS Finance Department of Michele Hamby, Anita Paul, Jana Wanzer and Sandra Savory. All four were nominated by Michelle Chapple.
The Certified Employee of the Month was Shana Fields and was nominated by Emily Carpenter.
“Congratulations to Michele, Anita, Jana, Sandra and Shana for being selected,” Asst. Supt. Doug Ogle said. “(They) are going above and beyond to make a difference in the district.”
Along with a plaque, the Guthrie Lions Club donated each recipient a $25 Sonic gift card.
