Seniors JD Honeycutt and Tre Parker along with sophomore Gavin Brison recently competed in the Prep Hoops Oklahoma Combine at Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee.
Of the 140 plus players, all three Guthrie athletes were in the top 50 percentile of the combine regardless of class, drills consisted of verticals, full court sprint, lane agility and multiple shooting drills.
Watching from the stands and sidelines were college coaches scouting the local talent.
Overall, Honeycutt finished 39th overall, Parker 43rd and Brison 54th.
