Despite having to be at the fire station on Christmas Eve, that did not stop Guthrie firefighters from sharing the Christmas spirit throughout the streets of Guthrie.
Crew members of the Guthrie Fire Department’s Blue Team was strolling through neighborhoods and spotted children playing outside. The firefighters stopped and delivered some early Christmas gifts.
The thought and generosity were very much appreciative from one mom.
“How sweet,” the mom said.
“A big thank you to the awesome man and woman who stopped and made my kids evening before I left for work!”
