Vchicle-2 Drivcn hy Burnett, Panla W/F DOB 6/l5/1951 of Oklahoma City was on S. Division making a Right turn onto Sooner Rd. Vehicle-2 slowed for cause due to the Rain and wet street. Vehicle-1 Driven by Ruhl, Jason W/M of Guthrie was behind Vehicle-2 and failed to slow, and struck Vehicle-2 rear bumper with Vehicle1’s front bumper.
