Guthrie Schools now enrolling online for 2020-21 school year

Guthrie Public Schools has transition into online enrollment and is now enrolling students for the 2020-21 school year.

Parents can now fill out all of the necessary enrollment forms needed for the upcoming school year online. To help parents with this transition, the district is offering in person assistance to any parent that does not have access to technology.

Staff will help parents sign on to a chromebook in the high school cafeteria where they can enter the enrollment information needed online.

Staff will be available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday at the high school cafeteria starting Tuesday, July 14 through July 30. Parents can also call to receive help over the phone with any questions they have.

Guthrie High School Cafeteria is located at 200 N. Crooks Drive. For help over the phone please call (405) 260-6489 from 8 – 4 p.m.

For all enrollment forms please click here.

Social distancing will be enforced and the district will limit the amount of parents in the cafeteria at one time. Only one person per household will be allowed to enter the cafeteria.  All parents will be required to wear masks to enter the cafeteria.

Parents enrolling at the cafeteria will still need to bring two proofs of residency from a current utility bill in May, June or July of this current year 2020.  New students to the district will need a copy of their birth certificate and shot record to upload into the system.

All documents need to be in an image format to upload properly.  Pictures taken on your cell phone work very well.
