Guthrie Schools to go to Distance Learning on Friday

Guthrie Public Schools will be out of the classroom on Friday. Instead, they will be distance learning.

“After consultation with the National Weather Service in Norman and an extensive review of the forecast for Guthrie and Logan County, Guthrie Public Schools will transition to distance learning for Friday, March 11,” Dr. Mike Simpson said in a release on Thursday afternoon.

Due to distance learning day as expected inclement weather and hazardous conditions is being forecasted, grab and go meals will not be available. 

Parents and students, please email your teacher with any questions about assignments for Friday.  We wish everyone a safe and restful Spring Break.
