Guthrie tennis athletes turned in strong performances at the Class 5A Public School Championships, with both the girls and boys teams earning top finishes.
On the girls’ side, Haven Hudson and Hollie Mitchell placed second at No. 1 doubles, while Lola Brown earned a third-place finish at No. 1 singles.
The boys followed with solid results as well, with Carson Olmsted and Jaxson Mayer finishing second at No. 1 doubles. Drake Shelton and Trenton Edberg added a fifth-place finish at No. 2 doubles.
Guthrie placed multiple competitors on the podium across both days of competition, highlighting a successful showing.
