The Guthrie High School tennis teams took on their conference foes at Shawnee for the conference tournament. Both teams came away with second place finishes.
Leading the way for the Lady Jays was Emma Poupard who won the conference title in No. 1 singles.
For the boys playing in Duncan, Zale Coleman-Hill and Lane Goode were seeded third in one and two singles with both prevailing in the semifinals to go to the finals against Ada. Both dropped their final match to the Cougars.
