Highway 33 shut down for reported fatality accident

At 4 p.m., the eastbound and westbound lanes of SH-33 were reopened between S. Western Ave. and S. Pennsylvania Ave.


Eastbound and westbound SH-33 is closed between S. Western Ave. and S. Pennsylvania Ave. east of SH-74 in Logan County. Motorists are advised to use SH-74 or SH-33 to I-35 as detours and avoid the area.

Crews anticipate the closure potentially lasting until mid-afternoon today


Guthrie News Page has confirmed this vehicle accident is a fatality accident.


Traffic is being detoured at Western Ave. and at Pennsylvania Ave.


Highway 33 is shut down completely in and around Pennsylvania Ave. for a reported fatality accident.

The accident is reported to have been a head on collision between two vehicles at around 10: 30 a.m.
