STILLWATER, Okla. — After capturing top honors in their Oklahoma FFA Agriscience Fair, two members of the Guthrie FFA Chapter will represent the organization in the National Agriscience Fair during the 95th National FFA Convention in October.

Guthrie’s Holden Ingram and Zachary Allen were honored during the 96th Oklahoma FFA Convention in Tulsa:

Ingram and Allen conducted an experiment testing various insulations that were traditional and agriculture-related and their reaction time to an electrical fire.

The duo then presented their research to a panel of judges as well as submit a written report of their research.

This is the second year in a row that Holden and Zach have competed in the Oklahoma FFA Agri Science Fair competition. Last year they were crowned State Champions in their division and went on to place third in the nation.
