Oklahoma Department of Transportation announced southbound I-35 will be narrowed to one lane between Mulhall Rd. (mile marker 170) and the Cimarron River bridge (near mile marker 165) from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday for surface repairs.
