Jays go back-to-back-to-back at Ft. Sill

For the third straight year the Guthrie High School golf team claimed the Lawton MacArthur Tournament at Ft. Sill Golf. The Bluejays have won both of their tournaments to begin the season.

On Monday, the Jays and the field played 36 holes of continuous play. In the end, Guthrie claimed an 18-shot win over Elk City.

Junior stand-out Luke Morgan was consistent throughout the day with scores of 72 to finish second place overall with a score of 144.

Junior Bo Robbins finished seventh with rounds of 73 and 82.

Sophomore Brady Hirzel claimed tenth place overall with rounds of 76 and 81.

Fellow sophomore Luke Roach signed a score sheet of 75 in his first round.
