While the Logan County Courthouse will be open on Friday, scheduled court hearings will not be heard due to a funeral.
The revocation docket that was set for Friday morning at 9 a.m. will be continued on October 12 at 9 a.m.
The arraignment docket set for Friday will be moved to Monday’s (Sept. 17) docket at 1:30 p.m.
The Logan County Court Clerk’s Office will open on Friday at 1:30 p.m. for day-to-day business.
The funeral services for Frank W. Davis, a long-time attorney and former state representative, is scheduled for Friday.
